We begin every participant journey with a free one-hour meet and greet. If more time is needed, we offer an additional two-hour session at a 20% discount—so participants can be sure we’re the right fit before engaging our services.

Experienced Leadership

Ruby, our Director, brings a strong mental health background and direct involvement in service delivery. This means every decision—from staff assignment to care planning—keeps participant needs front and centre.

Support is our core service. We make unbiased recommendations based on quality—not business benefit—ensuring every referral serves the participant’s best interests.

Staff Training Tailored to You

Every team member receives targeted training based on the participants they support. We also provide in-house supervision, case reviews, and professional development to ensure quality and proactive care.

Seamless Handover Process

When a new worker is introduced, we ensure continuity through shadow shifts and thorough handovers, minimising disruption and building trust from day one.

Our collaborative environment extends to participants and all stakeholders. We work closely with you, support coordinators, families and team members informing plans which are relevant and responsive to each person’s goals.

Consistent Updates and
Clear Communication

We provide three or six-monthly updates to care teams. Additional updates are given as needed, with participant consent, keeping everyone aligned.

Telehealth and In-Person Options

Whether face-to-face or virtual, we offer flexible meeting options. Support coordinators are encourage to speak with potential workers before making a referral— the right fit is key.
